Boxercise with us is a fun and friendly exercise class which uses some of the techniques boxers use to get fit, it's hard work, but well worth the effort.

We like to mix our Boxercise sessions up so that they are varied and keep you on your toes. A typical session can involve a mixture of skipping, pad work with the hands, pad work with the feet, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Boxercise is a great way to get fit and is great for everyone regardless of your size, shape or sex and you don't have to be Muhammad Ali to get the most out of it,

Our sessions allow you to build up your fitness slowly and is a fun, challenging and safe way to get in shape. Boxercise is about fitness so leave your fighting gloves at home.

If Boxercise isn't for you, you can always take up running from those bees! Buzz.
