At Ouch Potato, our circuit training sessions offer a fun and creative way to get fit in a small, friendly environment. Boredom and a lack of time are the main reason why people give up on their fitness so we inject some fun into our sessions to keep you entertained. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, we did call ourselves Ouch Potato after all.
Circuit training is a high intensity session aimed at providing a full body cardiovascular and muscular workout. You definitely feel the burn on this one too so you’ll be burning loads of calories.
Our circuits consist of a number of exercise stations and change to give you variety. After you’ve completed a station, you’ll have a short rest and then move quickly to the next station.
There’s no pressure from us and you can take the circuits at a pace that suits you.
