At Ouch Potato, our Lift & HIIT sessions keep you on your toes with a varied mix of high intensity workouts using weights and cardio. We'll focus on core movements to give you a rewarding workout.
A typical workout may involve 20 reps of a weighted exercise followed by 30 seconds of a cardio exercise or 1 clean and press then 2 box jumps. Either way, we'll keep you busy!
If you're looking to build up your fitness, work on toning up or simply building up muscle then Lift & HIIT is a great choice for you.
We'll have those abs looking less like a roastie and more like a crinkle cut in no time.
