Join us at Ouch Potato Gym for fun and energetic classes in a discreet gym in Acomb, York.

the boring bits…

There are various Ouch potato monthly memberships. The member is entitled to the amount of classes stated according to their package, (see app for details). Credits will be available for the period of one calendar month. Commencing on the 1st of the month and expiring on the last day of the month.

Pay as you go is available via the app. Classes must be booked and paid before prior to the class.

Memberships taken out in the middle of the month will be charged pro rata until the end of the month. A full month subscription will then be charged to your credit/debit card on the 1st of each month. If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to debit the amount within a few days.

Memberships are rolling contracts unless A member chooses to cancel. This must be done at least 5 days before the last day of the month via email/facebook messenger/text message. Memberships are non transferable.

Classes are booked via the app. They can be cancelled up to an hour before a session starts. If a session is booked and a member fails to attend that credit will be lost.

We reserve the right to alter the timetable and cancel classes with reasonable notice.

Children are welcome in the play area and welcome on the matted area during parent and child sessions. Parents are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of their children at all times. Ouch potato and their staff take no responsibility for them during gym sessions.

Teenagers and children sessions- These sessions will be planned appropriately according to children’s abilities. Primary aged children should be accompanied to and from the gym by a responsible adult. You are responsible for your child before and after the session starts.
