WE'RE NOT TALKING ARNIE WEIGHTS, BUT WE'RE HOPING THAT WHEN YOU LEAVE YOU'LL BE SAYING "I'LL BE BACK".

At Ouch Potato, our weight sessions are a fun way to tone up and build muscles and because we're all about making everyone feel comfortable, bulging veins and skin tights vests aren't welcome. It's all about having fun and building up at a pace that suits you.

In a typical session, weights are spread around we will do around 8 reps x 3 then move to the next exercise. Sessions are varied each time to focus on a specific part of the body (eg. chest, upper body or lower body).

Weights are great if you like to feel the burn and have that aching feeling the next day. 

No meatheads are allowed or we'll be saying "Get out".
